Cross-Domain Synergy: MTIC, HLPE, and VSC—Building a Resilient Energy Talent Chain

Energy transition is as much about investing in people as it is about upgrading infrastructure. HLPE recently joined the information session for the Industry-Training Collaboration Program hosted by the Maritime Technology Innovation Center (MTIC by MIRDC).

During the session, we had the privilege of guiding veterans toward a deeper understanding of power systems and green energy, while highlighting the pivotal role HLPE plays in the Cable Engineering sector.

Through this tripartite collaboration, we are dedicated to bridging diverse talent with the energy industry—fostering career transitions while strengthening the resilience of Taiwan’s power grid.
