Laws can regulate behavior — but real change starts with awareness.
In response to the amended Occupational Safety and Health Act taking effect this July, HLPE brought everyone together to better understand the new regulations surrounding workplace harassment.
Sometimes a single word or gesture, however unintentional, can make someone feel uncomfortable. Recognizing this is the very first step toward a truly respectful workplace.
We hope that after this session, every team member walks away not only with a clearer understanding of the latest regulations, but also with a little more mindfulness in their everyday interactions.
